What file types are supported? #

Insta Date Fixer 360 currently supports the following file types: .mov, .mp4., .jpg.

Which cameras are supported? #

Insta Date Fixer 360 was created specifically to provide date recovery for media taken from Insta360 and GoPro and exported via Insta360 Studio and GoPro Player but will typically work with media files and generated by most modern cameras and applications. If you are having issues recovering dates from your camera, contact me.

Why does “Recovered Date” show N/A? #

This means the original capture date metadata is not present in your media file. This may occur if you have processed your media file through applications that strip this information. If this happens, try again using media files taken directly from your camera.
